- Was there anything you didn't like?At 2am I started to listen a lot of noise from the next from, people going in and out. Then, someone started knocking in my room and I received 2 calls: one in Spanish asking who I was and why I was in that room and one in Portuguese apologizing because they were actually TRYING TO OPEN my door - apparently there was a mistake registering my booking. I almost called the police. I was really really afraid. A woman traveling alone should not be exposed to this kind of situation. When I reported in the last day, the morning staff seemed surprised and recommended reporting to Booking - which I did and ended up only on a message saying that the property was contacted and did not responded. This means that clients will continue to be exposed to this kind of service - really disappointing.
It was a decent stay for one night.
- What did you like most?It is a good location, but not excellent, because the street is a bit noisy at night. Very close to Copacabana beach. Breakfast is good, much better than in similar hotels in the USA. The room is okay, but the facilities could use some renovation.
