Good location, but terrible security—my...
- What did you like most?Location was good, very close to the NJ Transit bus stop in Jersey City, which made commuting quite convenient. Also, one of the reception staff members (a young lady) was very cordial and helpful during our stay.
- Was there anything you didn't like?However, there were several disappointing issues. The hotel advertises complimentary breakfast, but it was actually just snacks. It would be more accurate to describe it as light refreshments rather than breakfast. The most serious issue was related to parking security. The CCTV cameras in the parking area were not functioning. During the night, another car hit my parked vehicle and caused a dent. When I later asked the hotel management for CCTV footage to identify what happened, I received no response. Hotels should take responsibility for ensuring the safety and security of their guests’ property. At the very least, security cameras in the parking area should be operational. Unfortunately, I had to spend about $2000 to repair my car. Overall, this became a nightmare experience for me due to the lack of proper security measures. Very disappointing experience.
