- What did you like most?I love the historical significance of the hotel and the elegant Art Deco of the lobby. I love the location, so close to Millennium Park, the Art Institute and Symphony Hall.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Have coffee/tea service in the room please! Also, the room needed a little fresh paint and updated bathroom fixtures.

- What did you like most?Convenient location. Good gathering spot in front of Lockwood for coffee in the am. Front Desk and concierge staff were very helpful. Bed was very comfortable.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We were on floor 19 and it was a little dark and old carpet compared to another floor the elevator stopped at on our way up. It was bright lighting and lighter fresher looking carpet. Rooms and bathrooms could be updated.
