Great hotel, monorail a plus, good restaurants and friendly staff but “daily” housekeeping not standard. Also central
- What did you like most?Location and proximity to Lvcc and monorail
- Was there anything you didn't like? The hotel readily admitted that housekeeping could be e dry other day. Due to insufficient staffing , and the only way to ensure it daily is to request it. This was after 3 days of new towels brought and garbage emptied but my bed not being made so I called housekeeping and them then the front desk. How can this possibly be? They both acted like this was now standard of service. ( same thing happened to me here at Westgate 3 yrs ago). What the heck?
