- What did you like most?We liked the view, close distance to restaurants, parks, the pool seemed heated not too cold and the beds were so comfortable. The rooms were really nice and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The additional $100 incidental fee and that it's valet parking only. So that's an additional $65. But I guess it's expected since it's super close to the harbor.

- What did you like most?Staff was so nice. Every person I spoke with was friendly, kind, professional. Melissa and Michael are unfortunately the only two names I got, but literally everyone working 9/6 and 9/7 were great. Including the breakfast staff.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The shower door being bolted shut. Spoke with a manager, Michael. who explained that new management is working to correct a situation created by previous management, and they’re working to change every shower door. I had requested the sofa be made into a bed but it wasn’t. I called front desk and they were apologetic. They sent someone right over to undo the sofa bed, but I had to put it together.
