- What did you like most?Location was central
- Was there anything you didn't like?Front desk staff were good. Housekeeping and front desk had no communication. We were given a room # and key. Walked a long distance to room. Opened the door and there were people in the bed. Oops, awkward. Front desk were upset that housekeeping didn't communicate room status. They were on the phone going back and forth blaming each other while I was waiting for a new room at 10 pm. Next morning woman at Front desk was kind and gave us a late checkout. 2 staff came to my door trying to find out why we were not out. The attention to detail in the hotel was poor.
