I would not stay here...
- What did you like most?The location and proximity to the convention center. The ice and water station.
- Was there anything you didn't like?It’s outdated, old, needs renovations. The bathroom sink does not get hot and then we were told they have to choose between air and heat and they chose heat. Yes it was March and that’s cold for Minneapolis. However, the temp was 58 one day, 77 the next, and 32 our last day. It was miserably hot seeing as how only the last day was an actual cold day. We opened windows but the cool air did not come in until the night it got to 32 degrees. So the other 2 nights we were sweating. They gave us 2 old school boxed fans. Then they have the audacity to charge 100.00 per night for incidentals in a hotel that is not up to par. Carpets very old and dusty. No one at the front desk is friendly except one staff female who was on schedule - during daytime check out on 3/22/26. She was the nicest out of 4 I encountered during our 3 day stay. They don’t answer their phones. The lobby ceiling makes it very uninviting upon entrance as it needs repair and had buckets on the floor to catch the water. I would not stay here again.

- Was there anything you didn't like?There was a hole in the ceiling. It smelled like marijuana and looked like the was water damage all along the floorboards. We didn’t even check into our room. We saw the lobby and left.
