Please note that packages and/or parcels delivered to the resort will be subject to a fee at the prevailing rates. The 1st package, 5lbs and under, is free. Parcel deliveries will be accepted only for guests in-house or checking in, 3-5 days prior to receipt for a surcharge. Any deliveries received after a guests stay, or the guest cannot be identified, will be returned to the sender after 90 days. The property cannot be responsible for lost or damaged goods. For additional package rates or information, please contact the resort at 702-261-1000. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Children stay for free, but the total guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of room type. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time will be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancelation. - What did you like most?Location of hotel near, but not on the strip is a plus. Room was basic, but adequate. Lobby clean, staff wonderful. Fast elevators, good valet parking attendants.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Need a full length mirror in the room! We had an issue with servicing our room - we scheduled it in the middle of our stay, left for the day, and when we returned at 4:30, it had not been done. Had to request additional linens and service the following day as staff had left for the day. Very disappointed in that. Desk agent, Latrece (? I think), was very personable, kind and helpful. She gave us a small gift certificate for our inconvenience, which was nice. Disappointed that the pool was not open too.
