Just fine. Fabulous because of...
- What did you like most? The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed the pools and bar! The location is hard to beat- right on the beach. Food was great and I liked the healthy salad options that were actually tasty - always appreciated.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Generally the service was not what I expected for what we were paying. The room we paid for (king, Mountain View) was sold out so they "upgraded us" but instead of a king bed we got two "queens" (fairly sure they were full size) in a beach view room. My husband is over 6 feet tall so this was a downgrade for us but we were told there was nothing they could do and the guy was fairly dismissive at our protests. It seriously degraded our comfort at night. Second - a fire alarm went off at 4 am and we evacuated only to be told it was a false alarm -- but we were never given an apology. For both of these, I would have expected a token of apology? Like a single free drink or snack? Instead we just felt very anonymous and one of thousands - which we were, the hotel was PACKED. I just expected better.
Comfortable
- What did you like most?Everything needed within steps.
- Was there anything you didn't like? The hostess told us we were going to undergo a one hour wait to be seated for breakfast.
