Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CAD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 21 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian. Valet parking services with in-and-out privileges is available upon request with surcharge. Please note that upon check in the guest must sign a contract agreement provided by the property. Special cancellation policies apply for bookings of 10 or more rooms.
