This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, guests must be at least 21 years or older to check-in. The OYO Times Square has a mandatory Resort Fee of $39.00 plus taxes per room, per night. The credit card used to make the reservation is required at check-in. Upon check-in, a credit card will be required for incidentals/security deposit.
