- What did you like most?The stunning location directly on the beach in Copacabana. The views from the rooms on the upper floors and the deck with the pool bar were exquisite. The room was ok though for a hotel of a higher category it lucked basic amenities like a kettle or a hair dryer. Breakfast was good with a lot of typical Brazilian food. Attention from the stuff was friendly and kind.
- Was there anything you didn't like?That all said, what made the experience so frustrating was the extreme slowness. Waiting at check in and check out, at breakfast time for a simple omelette, at the restaurant for dinner etc and this is coming from a relatively chilled and experienced traveller who is married to a local. We have a lot of patience but there is a limit to everything even to cultural differences. So the overall feeling was that the hotel massively overcharges in European prices because of Carnival season but they are nowhere close in offering the service which is standard in any other Hotel of this supposed 4 Star Category Hotel.
We were very disappointed in the hotel and its facilities and paid way too much for what we got! Very mediocre!

- Was there anything you didn't like?Couldn’t get an iron or steamer?!? Couldn’t get an extra towel for the lounge chairs. The gym not great, pool tiny and warm. Felt like we were in a three star hotel!
