    Service alone is not enough
    • What did you like most?
The staff are absolutely charming and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. They are a great team. The hotel’s reception/lounge area has a lot of character, with old books, a fireplace, and leather sofas.
    • Was there anything you didn't like?
The hotel is located on the top floor of the building. The corridors leading to the rooms are very narrow and have low ceilings. You shouldn’t be claustrophobic… This may appeal to people who enjoy the cabin-like atmosphere of an old ship. Our room was small, somewhat worn (see photos), and dark. The view from the room is not appealing (see photos). The corridor-shaped bathroom is not pleasant at all. There is nowhere to put anything. There is only one power outlet, intended for razors. Breakfast is expensive for what it offers. The made-to-order section is announced with a waiting time of 25 to 30 minutes, which is excessive.
