- Was there anything you didn't like?Desk clerk put us in a normal room and when he found out we had a SERVICE ANIMAL he put us in a PET friendly room. Service animals are not pets they are medical equipment (ADA law), front accordian doors closed on me while walking through them and there was ice from the ice machine all over the floor and hallway/doorway which was a hazard. Front desk personnel didnt care said his mgr would contact me....they haven't.
