- What did you like most?The morning staff was amazing and super helpful. The location was perfect.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Nighttime Front Desk and Housekeeping need a lesson in Customer Service. We are not asking for much. We stayed 3 nights and asked for clean towels and garbage pickup. I asked them at 930am, got back to room at 10pm and nothing. Called up front desk to complain because nothing was done, had to call twice and physically go to the front desk after waiting almost an hour. The front desk just said they put in the request and its out of their hands. Managerial needs to be better organized and put customers first.
