Good location and value for...
- What did you like most?Location was good. Staff was pleasant at the front desk. We asked for maintenance on the heat and extra blankets and they both were delivered promptly. The decor was current. Nice that you offered slippers to walk to the shared bathroom.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The heat did not work properly and maintenance did come up to fix it but we were told "not to touch it" again so it was unbearably hot all night. The shared bathroom #3 on 5th floor did not drain so I was standing in 4" of water to shower. Pretty disgusting on a normal day, but really bad when you know it's a shared shower. ICK!! Windows are not soundproof at all. Someone started blaring music on the street at 1am and it was as though they were right outside the door.
