One towel, half of toilet paper… the heating units so old the noise was unbearable… overall a 2

- Was there anything you didn't like?It smelled awful, the room was kind of dirty, there was trash under the couch bed, the couch looked torn apart and ripping, it also looked like it had just been painted and the paint was splattered everywhere and painters tape was left up everywhere. The toilet seat was hardly tightened and we almost fell off and got hurt every time we used the toilet. We also didn’t end up using one of the rooms we booked and was told we could get a refund for it but when I tried reaching out to someone to ask about it I have yet to receive a response.
