We were diverted to an...
- Was there anything you didn't like?They wouldn’t accommodate our reservation. We were shifted to the attached Comfort Inn without explanation. Our room type was changed to a single bed for 3 adults. We were not the only people this happened to as the group before us and at least 2 others after us had the same thing happen. We were told we would get a discount of $35 but that was just the difference in pricing and we had to pay the Comfort Inn for the stay and had to work to get our refund from Holiday Inn Express. Nothing really offered for the inconvenience or lack of service.
