- What did you like most?Clean, comfortable, and quite
- Was there anything you didn't like?The reservation said we could check in after 2 pm, we arrived at 2:15 and were told that we would be charged extra if we checked in, the couple in front of us was told the same thing and they had booked with a different site. I think it is unfair to tell people it’s ok to check in at this time but then when they get there tell them that you are going to charge them more because they are early..I drove 5 hrs to be told I had to drive around some more before going to an event that I was there for or be charged extra “ the desk person said it wasn’t her problem” . I will say the night desk person was really nice.
