Terrible management no elevators no...
- Was there anything you didn't like?My husband had to take stairs to the 3rd floor quite a few times after a hip replacement elevators were not working. There was never anyone at the desk to assist you. Definitely poor management. The Hilton needs someone always in reception to be available to their quests. And should have discounted are stay because of the inconvenience. Also no cups or coffee available when I asked they just said do you want me to have someone get you some. I left the premises at 10 am on Saturday for coffee. This was the worst stay at a Hilton I have ever experienced.
