It was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.

- Was there anything you didn't like?The Country Inn and Suites in Murrells Inlet/Myrtle Beach was a incredible disappointment, The hotel was unclean and dirty, There was an terrible odor permeating throughout the building, When we got to the room assigned, the carpet was stained and dirty like the ones in the entire hotel. The ceiling was peeling and the beds uncomfortable to sit on, And there was an unpleasant odor in the room as well, The worst part was that when my wife attempted to use the bathroom, she almost fell off of the toilet as the entire toilet was not bolted to the floor ! When the hotel attendant offered another room, it was slightly better however the A/C - Heating unit did not work ! We then decided to leave the hotel and cancelled our reservation - we expect a refund if the credit card on file was charged, I am attaching photos of the room to prove my unpleasant experience,
