- Was there anything you didn't like?Customer service was very bad, I have to go to front desk almost 4 to 5 time in a day because my door key at elevator wasn't working. And at the time of check-in they gave me room on first floor, is was very nosing music sound coming from everywhere. I even told than we have 7 months old baby with us is hard for him to sleep in this kind of music sound but they seem like dont care and told us the hotel is completely booked i kind of doubt it because the parking lot was completely empty. We had very bad experience with this hotel..
