Located just off Highway 101, Best Western Plus Wine Country Inn & Suites is an eco-friendly hotel and features a Zen garden and an outdoor pool. The Santa Rosa city center is less than 4 minutes from the hotel. Free WiFi and a cable TV are featured in each room at the Best Western Plus Wine Country Inn & Suites. An in-room coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave are included, and rooms are decorated with dark wood furniture. - Was there anything you didn't like?It felt kinda run down, raw furniture looked and felt dirty, the whole place just felt dirty. My keys both stopped working the second day and we got in late from our activities. U was alone with a 4 year old and had to go all the way back to the office to get the keys working again. The bed wasn't comfortable. Blankets scratchy and old. Tge coffee machine in my room made mud literally it was undrunkable with my own pods that I brought from home. It felt like a bad vibe overall, and had me second guess ever staying at a best western again.
