Terrible experience: the hotel had...
- What did you like most?Nothing
- Was there anything you didn't like?Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The entire property had no hot water because all of the boilers were broken. This happened in the middle of December, when temperatures were close to freezing every day. Not having hot water under these conditions is completely unacceptable. We repeatedly asked the hotel for a solution, such as a transfer to another hotel or access to another facility where we could at least take a shower. Unfortunately, nothing was offered. The staff only said they were waiting for a technician to fix the problem. After the second day, the situation became insupportable and we decided to move to another hotel at our own expense. The hotel staff assured us that we would be refunded for the nights we did not stay. However, to this day we have not received any refund, and our messages are no longer being answered. Because of the lack of basic services and the unfulfilled promise of a refund, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.
