Very rude staff and manager
- What did you like most?It was close to gondola and very convenient.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The front desk staff and managers were super rude and incompetent. They messed up and allotted wrong smaller room for us. Instead of being polite and trying to compensate us for the difference, they just said that we can cancel the reservation if we dont like the smaller room. Finally they agreed to pay a small refund but again messed up and paid it on wrong credit card which was now ours. When we raised this concern, the manager was super rude and kept saying that its our fault. Finally agreed to process everything on our card, charged for room service but still did not process the refund. The attitude for someone in hospitality business was extremely rude. I would not at all recommend this hotel for the prices we paid.
