We are located in the heart of Coral Gables, .5 miles from Miracle Mile, steps away from Giralda Plaza and walking distance to over 100 restaurants and shops. Upscale shops at the Village of Merrick Park are 1.8 miles from the hotel. The Hyatt Regency Coral Gables provides every room with a 55-inch flat-screen cable TV. It features an outdoor pool and rooms with iPod docking stations. Each room also includes a mini-bar and a patio or a balcony. - What did you like most?Large room, good location of the hotel and friendly staff. Room was very clean.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Being in the 14 (top floor) there was some sort of AC or system above the room constantly going off and making a noise. Rooms felt a bit dated.

- Was there anything you didn't like?I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to a lack of transparency regarding charges. At check-in, the front desk clearly informed us that late check-out would be complimentary. Based on this information, we organized our plans and scheduled our departure accordingly. However, during check-out we were unexpectedly told there would be a USD 100 charge for the same late check-out that had previously been confirmed as free. When we explained what had been stated at check-in, the staff did not acknowledge the mistake and insisted on keeping the charge. The main issue was not just the money, but the feeling of being misled by contradictory information provided by the hotel itself. Situations like this create a sense of distrust and frustration, especially when guests act in good faith based on what they are told by the staff. The hotel facilities and room were satisfactory, but the way this situation was handled overshadowed the stay. Clear communication and price transparency are basic expectations in hospitality, and unfortunately, this property failed in that regard. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would be reluctant to return. I hope management reviews these practices and trains the team to provide accurate information and honor what is promised to guests.
