- What did you like most?It was easy to book. Staff was wonderful when there was a problem.
- Was there anything you didn't like?There was a giant cockroach in my room. I went to the front desk. Told the gentleman there was a huge bug in my room. He politely offered me another room. I declined and asked for a refund. He said no problem. I wasn’t even in the room for ten minutes.
