Located in downtown Denver, this hotel features views of the Rocky Mountains and an on-site restaurant. Colorado Convention Center is a 10-minute walk from the prooperty. Rooms at Hilton Denver City Center feature mountain-inspired decor, a 42-inch flat-screen TV and a coffee maker. A work desk with an ergonomic chair is also included. A 24-hour fitness center is located on site, as well as a full-service UPS center. Concierge services are available. Prospect's Urban Kitchen & Bar features farm-to-table cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Larimer Square is 10 minutes' walk from the property, while 16th Street Mall is 5 minutes' walk away. Union Station is 0.9 mi from Hilton Denver City Center and Coors Field is 0.8 mi.

- Was there anything you didn't like?My experience at the hotel was far below the Hilton standard. The front desk staff seemed unprepared and not attentive to basic situations, which was especially disappointing considering that I am pregnant. We arrived at 11:30 AM, and even though the room was already ready, I was charged $59 for early check-in, which made no sense given the room’s availability. They also charged $3 for each bottle of water in the room — something that, in hotels of this category, is usually complimentary. Another unpleasant surprise was the $15 fee to receive a package, even though I was already staying at the hotel. This is unreasonable and gives the impression that the hotel is prioritizing unnecessary charges over guest comfort. The only positive aspect was the housekeeping team, who were professional and efficient. However, the rest of the staff fell short, showing little training and a lack of care for the guest experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and do not intend to return.
