- What did you like most?Room was clean and comfortable the hotel and surrounding area was visually appealing.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Room was canceled after I paid for it prior to check in. Front desk staff and manager on site argued with me for 15 minutes telling me that paying with my venmo card through booking.com was not a valid form of payment. Treated me very poorly and did not recieve any kind of apology for almost an hour. Made me pay an extra 100 dollars as a deposit in case I damaged the room which I was not aware of at the time I reserved my room. They have not returned my deposit. While they gave me my room and two vouchers for free breakfasts I still feel upset over how it was handled on their end. Outside of the staff that were there when I checked in it was a decent stay.

- Was there anything you didn't like?There is no Hot Tub. Also the Hotel didn't know or wasn't even aware that a fraudulent, fake dinner event had been advertised at their venue. I felt the room was just a bit small for it being a King Suite.
