- What did you like most?Except as noted below, the hotel me my expectations.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I hated the virtual assistant. She did not understand many of my questions and was unable to link my stay with my rewards which I had to use the associate at the front desk to help me with this. Get rid of the virtual assistant.
The grounds were well maintained...
- What did you like most?The breakfast was good but didn’t like the paper plates. We ate dinner at the pizza restaurant which was overpriced and the cucumbers on the salad were bad. The crust on the pizza was not cooked properly and the sauce tasted like it had cumin in it.
