      Once again Ms Amber made sure we had towels checked if we needed extra linen for the bed and pillow cases she goes above and beyond to make the guess feel welcomed

      The tv didn’t work , the WiFi password they gave didn’t work , the fridge leaked liquid everywhere & no matter how many times you try to reach front desk no one answered & calling the location sends you to a call center off shore that’s zero help
