- Was there anything you didn't like?We like to book at Holiday Inns because we know they have high standards for smaller hotel chains. In this case, we chose this hotel out of many in the area because we wanted to have a pool and hot tub after a long day of driving and hiking. After checking in, we noticed both were closed for repairs. I went to the desk and asked if this was disclosed at booking and was told yes. I looked up my booking and there was no mention of the pool and hot tub still being closed and so even though the rest of the hotel was nice, our disappointment over the lack of a hot tub had a negative impact on our stay. After asking if we could get a discount, basically were told no.
