Extremely disappointing
- What did you like most?Nothing!!
- Was there anything you didn't like?I picked this hotel because it said pool and hot tub. The hotel tub was out of order!! And the pool was disgusting and breaking apart. The whole building smelled like chlorine. When we checked in they didn't say anything about the pool or hot tub. There were chips on the floor in our room. And blood on the comforter. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had!!
