- Was there anything you didn't like?Check-in was extremely slow, with constant lines of people, and the staff at the front desk were definitely not professional. There was also confusion over whether my breakfast was included, and I had to show my reservation before they confirmed it. Early check-in is not possible, so if you have an early flight, don’t expect your room before 3 PM, which felt strange for such a large hotel. Breakfast was okay but nothing special, and it was very difficult to arrange an early “breakfast-to-go,” even though providing a breakfast box for early flights is a normal procedure at most hotels. Only the concierge helped us get a small breakfast before our flight, which included just a croissant, a small apple, and a small yogurt - definitely not worth the breakfast price. The hotel is a bit outdated and could use a renovation.
