Good Service, but Room Cleanliness and Facilities Need Improvement
- What did you like most?The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which was greatly appreciated after our travels. The room was spacious and comfortable, although it faced the parking deck. The restaurant on the ground floor was excellent — the food was delicious, reasonably priced, and the staff were fantastic. We also really enjoyed the pool, which was clean and relaxing.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room was not very clean, and it seemed that the air conditioning vents were very dusty. I have allergies and was sneezing a lot during our stay because of the dust. The biggest frustration was that the plugs in the bathroom did not work, even after maintenance came to check them. As I was here for a wedding, not having a functional outlet for my hairdryer was really inconvenient. Lastly, there was no free Wi-Fi, which was quite surprising, even budget motels offer it these days. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, these issues made the experience disappointing.
