Great hotel, clean and comfortable....
- What did you like most?Nice property, very close to a mall so that was super convenient for us. Rooms and washrooms were clean, no funny stains or smell. Couldn’t hear outside noise, got a lot of peace and quiet. Staff were courteous and nice. We forgot an item and they are shipping it back to our location out of town at no cost. Such a great gesture.
- Was there anything you didn't like?It took too long to warm up on the first night. Our babies who already had colds had to sleep in sweaters. The heat could’ve been turned on shortly before guests arrival, considering it is winter. The breakfast could also be so much better. I wasn’t expecting fine dining, just more options. The pancake machine was cute and efficient, but it didn’t always get the pancakes well done. There was also no regular milk for cereal.
