- Was there anything you didn't like?The female receptionist was very rude. I worked for IHG Hotels for more than 10 years and the way that dark skin lady treated us was awful and didn’t show any respect and didn’t even answer when me and my wife greeted her. And what she said was “ID “ then she said I want to get you out of here unless you want to spend your night at the front desk !
