From the moment I walked to the front door from the parking, I was afraid because there was a group of young men outside near the entrance. I feared for my safety. When I walked into the lobby (even if I shoudn't have) one of the hotel guest was in the process of telling the reception desk about a smelly room or mattress? So I told the employee I wanted to cancel and he said I had to go through Bookings.Com. I left the premises and... I NEVER WENT INTO THE ROOM.
