- What did you like most?The location, the room was big and comfortable, the general facilities were very good, the staff was very polite with minor exceptions.
- Was there anything you didn't like?My room smelled humidity. And also the air conditioning was very loud. The room service personnel inadequate.

- What did you like most?The after-checkout service is unbeatable, with the access to shower is really nice especially we had the night flight and after spending the day out and coming back to the hotel to pick up the luggages, we were already so sweaty. So being able to take a shower before leaving is really a big plus!
- Was there anything you didn't like?The sudden morning announcement on the speaker in the room even tho it was already 10 or 10.30am but my baby was still sleeping so it’s a bit annoying.
