You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guest must be at least 21 years of age or older to be able to check in to this hotel. J Resort is currently undergoing a property transformation. Our refurbishment will be complete the Summer of 2023 and will bring you the best Reno has to offer. During this timeframe, you may hear construction noise, however, we are dedicated to keeping all disturbances to a minimum. We apologize for any inconvenience this refurbishment may cause.

- What did you like most?This hotel is new and very clean. Walkable to my daughters dorm at UNR. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is free and we were able to find parking in the lot, but valet is available.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Im not a fan of cigarette smoke, but there is no way of getting around that on the casino floor. We did not smell smoke in our room though like at some of the other casino hotels.
