The Langham Sydney

We stayed at Langham Sydney last summer and had a great stay. Service not quite up to that level this year.

  Breakfast served in temporary location was fine, but staff not up to speed, food cold, and service not what we expected.

  Quiet, cozy and the scent of the Hotel. I love Langham London , I stayed at Langham Sydney because of my experience in London. The concierge service is Excellent. People were very helpful and kind. Especially Raul and Vini. They arranged everything for me very quick.
• Was there anything you didn't like?
  I stayed at this hotel recently, and while I was initially excited because it’s part of a well-known international brand that I usually enjoy, my experience this time was disappointing. The room was not up to standard. It clearly needed some refurbishment, and the cleanliness was below expectations. On the first day of my stay, housekeeping didn’t clean the room at all! Second day, One of the main issues I had was with the bedding. I had asked for the bedsheets to be changed, but they only replaced the duvet cover and left the same sheets and pillowcases — even though the pillowcase had visible stains on it. I had to follow up again to get the sheets replaced. In addition, I had a bad experience with one of the receptionists who was not helpful or understanding. When I asked for something as simple as hand towels, it took quite a long time for them to arrive, and there was no sense of urgency or proper follow-up. Even the duty manager was not very cooperative when I raised these concerns. I really wanted to enjoy my stay because I usually trust this brand, but unfortunately, the level of service and cleanliness at this particular location did not meet the expectations that come with the name.
