Important Information
Upon check-in, all our guests are required to present a government-issued ID. Accompanying minors need to show a birth certificate or school ID with photo. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. The Ekinox bar is part of the all-inclusive plan and is open every day from 6:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and has a drink service and music. Only those over 18 years of age are allowed to enter. Restaurant opening hours: - Restaurant "El Pescador" (19:00 - 22:30 hrs) - Restaurant "Frida" (18:00 - 22:30 hrs) - Restaurant "Andiamo" (18:00 - 22:30 hrs) - Coco Bar (18:00 - 23:00 hrs) - Lobby Bar (18:00 - 24 hrs) When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The Hotel is a 100% smoke-free space. The use of purified water dispensers is implemented in the hotel areas. - What did you like most?The location was perfect for all the activities we did. Beachfront was beautiful. Staff in the restaurants are nice and helpful.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Staff from the lobby constantly kept hounding our family to sign up for excursions through the hotel after telling them we weren't interested.
