Not a good stay! 2...
- What did you like most?The location of the hotel was great to move around the city. Close to the subway, Time Square and Central Park.
- Was there anything you didn't like?There is no one to help you with your luggage. The cart to take your luggage to your room was broken. The house keepers were rude when asked for fresh towels. The towels smelled like they were burned in a over heated dryer. The WiFi kept going in and out. There are no vents in the bathroom... cold when you get out the shower and I am sure in the summertime it is miserable trying to take a shower with no vents. I had to reach out to the hotel to let them know we had no hot water for 2 days I was told by the front desk the broiler had to be fixed and the water should heat up within 30 minutes, that never happened, all they said was "sorry for your inconvenience". I reached out again to the hotel after checking out and this was the response I got from them "Good luck with your grievance We hope you find a resolution".

- What did you like most?I like the location, all the places were walking distance. The room we stay, it was big for 4 people.
- Was there anything you didn't like?On the first night there's was no hot water, but the rest of the 3 days we stay, we didn't have any hot water either. I complaint twice to the front desk staff and they say that it was going to be check but, in the end, it wasn't fix, so we have to shower with cold water. The TV wasn't working either, I told the staff too but they only told me to press number 11 or try to change channels, but didn't work.
