- What did you like most?The hospitality was excellent. The staff really cared about our experience at the resort and made numerous efforts to ensure we had a great time. They were polite and courteous. You can tell they pride themselves in delivering Temptations to their guests. The pool parties and resort activities were excellent and the overall vibe was electric. Any adult should experience Temptations at least once in their lives. They even upgraded our room which was very welcome. They don't chuck you out of the property when it's time to check out.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We were promised upgrades that were available to premier members, but our wristbands did not reflect that. There were a few occasions where we were reminded about us not having the correct band to avail certain services. They could have been a bit clearer about expectations. I welcome upgrades like any other guest, but please be clear on what the upgrades mean and how to avail them.
