- Was there anything you didn't like?Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Room and No Support from Staff We stayed at this hotel over the holiday, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable time in Boston. We specifically booked a room with a water view, as clearly shown and described online. However, when we arrived, the room had no water view at all — just bushes. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since the view was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. We immediately contacted the front desk, but the receptionist simply said there was nothing he could do. He didn’t offer any solution or alternative. We also sent a message to the hotel and never received a response. After driving 5 hours to get here, we were really looking forward to a peaceful stay with a nice view — instead, our experience was ruined by poor service and false advertising. We travel often and have stayed at many hotels, but this was the most disappointed experiences we’ve had in terms of customer care and service.
