Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. The property will be renovating from January 3rd, 2024 to April 12th, 2024 (completion date subject to change). Only selected guestrooms will be affected. Renovation working hours are 9am - 6pm on weekdays and 10am - 6pm on weekends. Every effort will be made to minimize noise and disturbance. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in at the property. Please note the resort fee includes, but is not limited to access to Wi-Fi, parking, business center, and pool facilities. - What did you like most?Location, Pool, clean property.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Food was below average for a resort. Dinner: Wilted lettuce, soup had no flavor and thickened with cornstarch vs a roux. Food at poolside was equivalent to ballpark style food in offering and flavor.
