• The Berkey Hotel Pratunam is a 100% smoke-free property. This policy applies to all guest rooms and common areas to ensure a cleaner, healthier, and more comfortable environment for all our guests. For your convenience, a designated smoking area is available for those who wish to smoke.br • A security deposit of THB 1,000 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. br• Infant age between 0 - 4 years old will receive complimentary stay when sharing the existing bed with parents inclusive of breakfast when book room with breakfast basis. br• Children aged 0–11 years stay free when sharing an existing bed, However, breakfast will be charged at 250 THB per child for 5-11 years old child upon check-in directly with hotel. Please note that 250 THB child breakfast is not included in the booking price. A damage deposit of THB 1000.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by cash.
