I've stayed in other hilton...
- What did you like most?Room itself was fine. Shower was fine, bed was fine. Most things were acceptable.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I was given a key to a room that someone else was occupying originally. As a woman traveling alone, this was a scary experience and did not make me feel safe in the hotel the rest of the time. I was given a different room. No accomodations or anything else were offered to me for, what I feel, is a huge mistake on their part. The elevators didn't work; the fridge in my room didn't work; towels were taken from my room and not replaced (bath mat and washcloth). The hotel was also under major construction, which is fine, I've stayed in hotels under construction before - but it was not mentioned in the booking, and it was EXTREMELY bothersome, as the construction was happening on my floor in the rooms entirely surrounding mine. The booking should have been labeled clearly that the hotel was under construction, and there should have been a room discount due to that.

- Was there anything you didn't like?Unfortunately the construction ruined the stay. Especially waiting for the elevator. Waited 10/15 min but then the elevator was full, my party of 4 couldn't fit. Didn't want to wait another 10/15ish minutes so we took the stairs. Would wait until construction is complete.
