Good location with poor service
- What did you like most?The location and the cleanliness
- Was there anything you didn't like?The service at reception was unfortunate. They made several incorrect charges on my credit card, and although they were eventually reversed, I was given three different explanations. They were never polite. When I left the hotel, with some of those charges still appearing on my card, I sent them two emails to which they never responded.
Fabulous location when you don't...
- What did you like most?The shower was big and good pressure. Bed was comfy
- Was there anything you didn't like?Everything was clean but I think it needs to be more in deep but just to point out something. The elevator makes a bit of noise at times
