The Hotel is immersed in a condominium that has two pedestrian accesses: General Bernardo O'Higgins Riquelme Avenue (Alameda) and Amunátegui Street. Both accesses have free passage between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. After these hours, the same accesses are controlled by condominium personnel, so pedestrian access must be through Amunategui street, as well as vehicular access (Nueva Amunátegui passage) The rooms at RQ Santiago are bright, feature large windows and beautiful views of the city. RQ Santiago is 14 mi from Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez Airport. Parking must be booked at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Guests who have requested parking must pay a refundable fee of USD $15.00 upon check in. Luggage custody is available between check-in and check-out times. **Please note The swimming pool is disabled indefinitely**

Parking is subject to availability and must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. At check-in, guests must leave a deposit of USD 30 for each night of accommodations and/or $25,000 CLP. There is no pool available, the hotel no longer offers this service. The hotel has luggage storage for arriving and departing guests.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
